Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish law (RDL 1/2007, Article 103.c), the right to return goods does not apply to personalized items. All of our T-shirts are custom printed on demand, and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:
•Damaged items
•Misprints
•Incorrect items received
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
•Incorrect sizing (please consult our size guide)
•Change of mind or personal preferences
Reporting Issues
If your product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide:
•Your order number
•A description of the issue
•Clear photos of the affected item
Once validated, we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion). The store reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued:
•If we determine the product is faulty or incorrect
•If your order is cancelled by us before production
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for delays or loss caused by postal services or customs. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we cannot issue a refund. If your order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, contact us for a resolution.
