2. Product Nature
We sell customized T-shirts produced on demand through a dropshipping model. This means products
are created and shipped directly from our third-party printing partner once an order is placed.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order, you must follow the online checkout process and make payment. Once confirmed,
you will receive an email with your order details.
Important: Once the order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production
begins immediately.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with current legislation. Any
shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
We accept secure payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other options listed on our website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our production partner. Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 15
business days, depending on the destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control.
6. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (14 calendar days)
Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of
receiving the goods.
However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its implementation in Spanish law (Article 103.c
of RDL 1/2007), this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly
personalized, such as our T-shirts produced on demand.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to sizing issues, color preference, or buyer’s
remorse, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the
following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of
products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, texts, logos, designs) is the property of [Store Name] or its licensors
and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute shall be submitted
to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
